I'm in the process of writing a small utility program, which can be
used from consol; And which I'd like to distribut under GPL and add it
in GNU's Free Software Directory. My queston is
. How can I do this ?
. What coding conventions & standards should I follow??
. What documentations are required(Besides man page)???
