Sorry, my mistake.

I was trying to nail down a problem in my design so I've prepared this
simplistic example exposing "the problem" and posted it. Somehow I've
managed to make another error in this process. ;-)

BTW, gnucap does not warn me if the instance name clashes with another
previously inserted instance. I guess it is a feature for the
interactive mode but it makes pretty easy to make an error.
