Interesting -- for me, HEAD just crashes right now (fixed something, but the 
fix seems to cause memory corruption in some strange & frustrating (for me) 
way).

We added those warnings to see if we can make sure that gnunetd is always 
responsive to GUI events.  Nothing to worry about.

You should compile with "-O0 -g" for best trace-results.  Oh, and anything 
involving SVN HEAD is probably better suited for gnunet-developers and/or 
IRC ;-).
