Problems installing gnunet

I already installed all of the dependencies and I followed the steps in the
tutorials 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4. when I got to 1.4.1 however, things went south
when I tried to run ./configure. Also another thing that I noticed was when
I ran ./bootstrap and it returned an error regarding recutils. I need this
issue to be fixed as I'm working on a mobile application project that
requires Gnunet-ext to function.
