Thanks - a bug in gnustep-make when building gnustep-make in a directory which is not the source directory. Few people are using this option, so this bug went unnoticed.
I fixed it on CVS - if you can use the latest CVS, please do (it's *not* unstable). Else, if you are using 1.6.0, my suggestion to work around the bug is to configure and build/install in gnustep-make's source directory. That should work. If for some reason that's not an option you can still do the job manually - hack GNUmakefile.in by removing the line installing GNUstep-reset.sh, then install everything, then install GNUstep-reset.sh by hand (by copying it into /home/gstep/installs/System/Makefiles/).
