Hi all,
how many sectors are needed for GRUB 2 in the hidden sectors after the MBR and
before the 1st partition.
On USB pen drives, 31 sectors seem to suffice, on older systems there are 63 available, on new
systems 2048.
I'm thinking about to manually shrink this area to the absolute minimum on a new 2048-sector-system
to avoid the waste of so much disk space.
