One reason (perhaps the only one) is that I haven't asked for this to
happen.
This is because, when I first started offerring a Visual Studio build
for GSL (a long time ago now), I wasn't sure of the reaction I would
get if I asked for Windows specific changes.
But things possibly quite different now so perhaps I should ask on the
GSL development list whether this would be possible.
