[Help-gsl] Coefficients of the cubic spline

Hi Everyone,

How to extract coefficients of the cubic spline (Steffen spline)
(gsl_spline.h). If one need the coefficients for the last section of the
data points. I want to extrapolate the data using the same coefficients.
