Hi,

I'm maintaining a standalone GSL installer for windows (built with nsis
<https://nsis.sourceforge.io/Main_Page>) where the end users need not
explicitly install any dependencies like Msys2
<https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-gsl> unless they need
to. I did this for an undergrad teacher's workshop, where they'll be
teaching with multiple IDEs. GNUwin32
<http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gsl.htm> had one in the past, but
it's unmaintained and outdated. The github repo is:
https://github.com/hariseldon99/GSL-WIN64. I've tested it successfully on a
Windows 10 VM and on wine/linux.

Perhaps it could be linked in the GSL home page?

Regards,
AR
