Whoops, indeed. There does not seem to be any problems on the CI: https://ci.guix.gnu.org/search?query=jimtcl Pierre: can you run `guix build jimtcl` and paste the last lines of the output? Also, did you purposefully disable substitutes? Normally Guix would transparently download a pre-built package from the CI system.
