Okay. As root, can you do `guix package --list-installed` and send the results here? Also, as root, can you send the result of `echo $GUIX_LOCPATH`? And finally, again as root, the result of `ls -l ~root/.guix-profile/lib/locale`? How are you "becoming root", by the way?
