Missing systemd guix-publish.service file

In the manual about guix publish it is mentioned [1] that the guix-publish.service systemd service can be found in ~root/.guix-profile/lib/systemd/system/guix-publish.service but this file does not exist. Has this been moved or do I need to install a package?
