It means the Git repo that contains the source code of the package
doesn't contain any Git tags.

If it's your repo, you could tag a release, if that is something you
wanted to do.

If it's not yours, then you can't do anything about it.

There's no requirement for Guix packages to be based on upstream tags,
although it's always helpful if the upstream developers have chosen a
particular revision as the one they suggest us to use.
