You had the bad luck to pull from Savannah during the period when our Savannah 
Git repo contained erroneous (but authorized) commits:

As you can see from that email, your current Guix Git commit 
ad8cb7af8fc572bb3d11cd0344bd2bed3b9d653f is one of the mistaken commits. 

We had to rewrite the Git history on Savannah to fix this, which means you will 
need to use the option "--allow-downgrades" with `guix pull` in order to 
proceed. You should only need to use that option once. 

Your Guix installation will automatically update itself to use our new Git repo 
after you do that.
