Looks like there’s something wrong with your nginx configuration.
I also note that your racicale configuration has:
(web-interface? #f)
...so I wouldn’t expect to see anything even if your nginx issue
is resolved. I assume this option disables the web UI, while
maintaining the /.well-known/caldav and/or /.well-known/carddav
functionality for application syncing.
