I have all that tree on a CD and my Hurd is not connected to Internet. The
point of my post was to find out a
way to make use of the CD without having to go to the net since I already
downloaded the CD.

Is this file in Hurd or Linux?

Any docs on the apt-get application?, Do I need a working TCPIP config
under Hurd, to use this program?, can I use it against the Debian CD?
