great , this works with
gnumach.gz     (hd0,0)
root device=hd0s1
and after running ./native-install two times I've been able to see the 
"enjoy hurd" welcoming message !
I reboot the machine and again the grub shell "grub >" ; is this normal ?
do I have to boot the kernel everytime ?
