If you are now using GNUMach 2.0 (aka OSKit/Mach) then the rtl8139
driver isn't there.  I think the rtl8139 may have been in GNUMach 1.x
(which is not based on oskit).  You can get a patch that adds the rtl8139 to
oskit from:

ftp://flux.cs.utah.edu/flux/oskit/mail/html/oskit-users/msg01570.html

Then you can compile GNUMach 2.0 against your patched OSKit.
