The hurd-devel archive dried up about four months ago. According to this: http://hurd.gnufans.org/bin/view/Hurd/MailLists hurd-devel is not archived because hurd-devel-readers is. However, the hurd-devel-readers archive (which, bizarrely, requires subscription) is completely empty: http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/private/hurd-devel-readers/
