In a recent upload you dropped libidn11-java from the list of built
packages. However, that binary has one reverse dependency: libjxmpp-java.

Please align with the maintainers of that package (in X-Debbugs-CC) what

Hi.  I believe this is fixed now that libjxmpp-java 1.0.1-3 has been
uploaded to unstable and also migrated to testing, without the
dependency.  See https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libjxmpp-java
