Thank you for the heads-up!  Indeed reviewing changes related to Unicode
15.1 (and later) would be good.  If you (or someone else) has ideas on
how to modify libidn2, that would be appreciated.

Related to this, I am working on adding libidn2 self-tests based on
UTC's IdnaTestV2.txt to give better conformance confidence (assuming
that file is updated to include relevant test vectors going forward...)
however I noticed several aspects that libidn2 deviate from primarily
TR46 that needs to be fixed before it passes.
