was experimenting with [the binaries for RCS 5.7] We have multiple users with Windows 7 workstations who update code that is stored on network drives connected to Windows 7 servers. [weirdness] Perhaps RCS 5.9.2 (released 2013-11-28), which includes many portability updates since 5.7, is better behaved.
