Well, FreeBSD 8.2 and 9.0 do not come any closer to "PAM_STATIC"
than OPENPAM_STATIC_MODULES does, which on the other hand is the
crucial macro in <security/openpam.h> for altering linking.
Perhaps a pre-OpenPAM stage of FreeBSD checked on PAM_STATIC.

The presence of PAM_MODULE_ENTRY is affirmed!
