gst-glib looks like a SO file required by some (Glib?) Smalltalk package - can you make sure you have the appropriate .star package created? If it is not, it would be useful to check ./configure output to see which packages are built and which are not. Probably glib2.0-dev or some similar is missing and not all GNU Smalltalk packages are built because of that.
