This is good in tea and sugar cookies are delicious rolled
in this before being baked.
Lavender Sugar
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. dried lavender flower
Chop sugar and lavender until flowers are finely chopped. Store in jar or
any airtight containers. Store sugar and lemon verbena or lemon mint (dried)
leaves together. Use flavored sugar in (or on) desserts, muffins, pound cake
and cookies or tea.
