Cheese Ball

3 (3 0z) packages Cream Cheese
1/2 large Onion, grated
2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 (3 ox0 package Blue Cheese
3 to 4 Garlic cloves, smashed
cracked Pepper
2 drops Tabasco Hot Sauce
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Chopped Pecans
Mix well until blended. Chill, Shape into balls.
Topping
1 package Chopped Pecans, find
3 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
3 teaspoons Chili Powder
Mix all together, Roll ball in topping. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill or
freeze. May also roll in Bacon Bits.
