I'm having a similar (related?) problem. I have the sitealizer plugin installed, and just recently when I login with correct credentials to view sitestats it says "App starting..." even when app was working fine. The interesting thing that I notice is an endless loop going to the "App starting..." spinner icon page. Again, this never had issues before recently (last few days maybe). App name = expressloop
