This should be fixed now for all apps. HerokuGarden is a very old version of our platform, which we are not actively working on or maintaining. It isn't stable, and we highly recommend moving to heroku.com, where you can still run your apps for free, the platform is much newer, stable, much more performant, has tons of additional features, and is fully maintained and supported.
