It sees to say that I should use something like

docs.energiehelpine.co.uk as the bucket name

and then map docs.enegiehelpine.co.uk.s3.amazonaws.com to
docs.enegiehelpine.co.uk

The problem is, I can't figure out how I do that last step using
zerigo!
