I got the following email from Zerigo/Heroku:

"We want to let you know that you have used 83,817 DNS queries so far
this
month. The Heroku: Zerigo Basic plan you are currently signed up for
allows 50,000
queries per month.

We encourage you to upgrade your Zerigo add-on to the next tier. "

When I try to upgrade my Zerigo add-on on Heroku (from basic to
Tier1), though, I get the following error:

"Zerigo DNS: Hostname may not be assigned to both a CNAME and other
record types at the same time (the CNAME would override all other
record types with the same hostname anyway)"

What does this mean, and how do I upgrade? I've never really
understood DNS and CNAME stuff (so general pointers there would be
appreciated as well). My current Zerigo/DNS setup: In addition to my
mywebsite.com A types and MX types, I have a blog.mywebsite.com CNAME
mapping to my WordPress blog and a www.mywebsite.com CNAME. (Hopefully
I have the terminology correct in my previous sentence =\.)
