When I install the Heroku gem, add the SSH keys, "heroku create" always causes the same error that is listed here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6119663/error-upon-heroku-create-rails-2-3-8
I've gone through all the responses there, but they have not helped at all. I've tried multiple Heroku gem versions, but I still haven't been able to make it work.
