We are conducting a research regarding about your product Heroku and
we would like to know more about your product in detail.
We have several questions for clarification.
1. What exactly is a dyno?
Is the web dyno different from worker dyno?
Is there a document where we can see the specific details about
the dyno?
2. There are 3 different stacks; Aspen, Bamboo, and Cedar.
Other than the information provided on this link

are there other detailed information that we can get?
Are there any specific Web/App, Interpreters, Frameworks, Apps to
avoid per stack? Are there version listings?
And are there documents we can refer to?
3. Are there any language issues with Heroku? for example we use Asian
languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc.
or is it specific only to the Frameworks etc.
4. Are there any diagrams that describe how a request from a web
browser is routed to an app, database, or other processes?
Response to these questions would be highly appreciated.
