I'm having trouble running foreman on Windows 8. I used the toolbelt
to install heroku and I get this error:

C:\dev\projects\petclinic>foreman start
C:/dev/Heroku/ruby/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:
36:in `require': no such file to load -- pty (LoadError)

Also, the install added Heroku to my PATH but not Heroku\bin\ruby, so
at first it couldn't find foreman. Not sure if I missed a step there
or not. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

Thanks
