Some of the pushes we make to heroku only contain frontend content: HTML, CSS, graphical assets, and the like. While a restart is understandable and usually necessary when making changes to backend code or the database, these changes should not require a restart. Is there a way to tell heroku not to restart when a member of our team pushes "safe" assets?
