We've developed an add-on that allows detecting problems with individual dynos and HTTP URLs. Usually, the metrics are averaged and you can't know if a problem comes from a single dyno or URL. Plus, the add-on gives awesome features for creating custom dashboards (like sending psql results directly from a Heroku Scheduler command).
