We don't have a centralized list of add-ons that support review and CI apps, and that's a great idea. As it is, almost all add-ons support them, and some have created specialized plans for review or CI apps to speed provisioning or optimize in other ways. We don't have a great way of seeing those add-ons that have created special plans for them, but that's something we're thinking about. Review / CI app support is "opt out" for add-on providers, and as of today the only providers that have opted out of supporting them are Heroku <https://elements.heroku.com/addons/herokuconnect>Connect <https://elements.heroku.com/addons/herokuconnect>, Sentry <https://elements.heroku.com/addons/sentry>, and SSL FastTrack <https://elements.heroku.com/addons/sslfasttrack>.
