my wife was pregnant the year we brought our hexayurt up. she was at least four months and wasn't concerned by the door. in truth, she felt like she was in a palace--we built an 8 ft (standard) hexayurt--sitting pretty relative to the rest in the community. there was a four by four inverse vestibule where we took off our shoes.
