That's right, free! Here's the catch ... my post-burn storage fell through for my hexayurt (I'm from Boston) so I have to figure out what to do with it. But my loss is your gain! I'll give you the yurt and all the supplies I have left over from the yurt if you can take it off my hands the day after the burn. I can't take it back with me out of Blackrock. It's the standard kind.
