My only comment is that it isn't designed to be dust-resistant.  The HEPA
filter will clog fast.  You will be constantly cleaning the filter to
maintain efficiency.  I can't guess from the manual how it would do without
the filter.  The fact that it runs on 120v just means you will need an
inverter if your power source is 12v.  Its power draw is OK and its CFM is
unstated.  You will need some way to duct outside air to the back of the
unit.
