I've worked on similar projects years ago. A few things that might help 1. Bifurcated polypropylene carpet backing. Very inexpensive lay on top of panel dust with dry mortar mix, add another layer of same fabric mist with water and you have an insulated panel has tremendous strength, especially if done on both sides. Still relatively light. Also have an method for vertical application. 2 Tirolessa cheap cement sprayer 3. Boat shrink wrap lasts at least 1 year. Can be obtained in very large sizes. Works great on PVC pipe frames. Fast strong relatively cheap 10 cent ft sq. Also works on panels very weather resistant. Tape is excellent. They also have inexpensive zipper doors and vent systems for moisture because it is airtight. 4 basalt fiber fireproof almost as strong as carbon fiber priced closer to fiberglass Truly amazing product comes in many forms a bit difficult to obtain. 5. Weathertite uv resistant. 6 PVC pipe hinges cat small diameter PVC pipe 3-6 inch pieces alternately attach to panels ends slide rod sized to inside diameter of pipe. 7.
