I used a rope halo last year on my H13, tied down to playa staples with six ratchet straps. Even though the H13 isn't a simple dome, it worked fine. I never got it seated perfectly symmetrical, but I wasn't worried about style points. :-)

My friends and I have a couple of H13s this year, and no experience with them. Has anyone thought about how to make a modified-for-H13 rope halo? As far as the wind goes, I know my H13 stood up just fine in 2011. Didn't bring it out last year, but intend to this year. I used a combo of tape anchors (will not use again) and ratchet straps. Tape anchors liked to break. This year, I will be using a modified-for-h13 rope halo of some kind. If anyone has suggestions on H13 halo techniques, by all means chime in!
