Sorry about hitting you all with this boring letter, it was meant to be for
Scott, Paul and Cecilia in their capacity of organisers.

    Hello Scott
Hope you are well. I have been a bit out of touch lately [ Saint Chartier
followed by other festivals and visits to France].
I would love to get to Youlgrave and am currently free due to a dearth of
work in September. I have just bought a rather lovely Paimpard so am currently
juggling the finances.
Would you like me to contribute services to the weekend? Obviously I realise
that there will not be a budget for fees so I am perfectly happy to give
services free as I believe that this is going to be an important weekend for
the future of the gurdy in the UK.
I can offer music for dancing, concert spot and workshops. I am also happy to
generally help in other areas.
It is possible that if Jon and Geoff are available we could be a band.
Although Geoff is not a gurdy player he really enjoyed Lancaster.
What accomodation is available other than the village hall? is there a
campsite nearby? Of course if Jon and Anna are involved it could be possible to
stay with them and travel over from Doncaster.
  What do you think?
  Cheers
  Philip
