a couple of us have been in touch with Chris Allen in regards to which tunes we should really focus on for his french 'gurdy class at OTW this year. He suggested Bourree de Glux and Bourree Tournee a deux, from the tunes that are posted. Also suggested was PourQuoi Pas,( just posted) and La Montez-Y which isnt up yet. Hopefully everyone gets a chance to get familiar with, at least, the 2 bourree's before heading to OTW. It would be great if we are able to focus on playing technique rather than teaching people the tune.
