Hi Robert, welcome! The main reason is we never heard of that until today :) But also that we've already been using HipChat and quite like its focus on developers; not surprising since we're also fans of JIRA. So Atlassian is "upgrading" all HipChat users to Stride and we'll just hope it wil be great. If it will be a disaster we'll keep Riot on the list of alternative candidates.. thanks for the suggestion.
