Ah, never heard of ThreadLocal before. Looks like I've found the
Container to hold the Hibernate Session in a J2EE-environment. 

I never did any programming with threads before, so it was a new concept
for me. If ThreadLocal is news for anyone else, have a look at this good
explanation:
