Hi, I'm one of the developers for Proxool and I thought it would be useful for me to make contact with regard to your upcoming 2.1 release.
Chris Nokleberg, from cglib, has kindly sent me a patch to get Proxool working with the new soon to be released cglib 2. I'm planning to provide you with a beta release of Proxool that you can use in your next beta release (assuming you have one). Would that be useful? Can you check that these assumptions I have made are correct? 1) That you will include cglib2 in Hibernate 2.1. 2) That you will release 2.1 after cglib is final. 3) That you wish to bundle Proxool with 2.1. 3) That Proxool will have time to make a formal release between cglib final and Hibernate 2.1? (We need to be able to distribute cglib 2 with the release, so we can't do that until after cglib 2 is released). Please let me know what you think.
