[Hibernate] Contributing to hibernate

I have a FinderRenderer for generating finder classes using the Spring HibernateDaoSupport  and HibernateTemplate classes that I would like to submit to the hibernate tools project. Where should I submit my code for acceptance/feedback?

 I would also like to try writing some dialects for quasi-relational data sources (Content Management Systems, Mainframe Integration Systems) that use a subset of ansi SQL.  I was wondering if there are currently any efforts in this area?
