You will be responsible for providing technical support services encompassing
preparation of technical proposal, benchmarking and sourcing for technical
solutions that meet the customer's requirement. You will also be responsible in
maintaining excellent relationship with solution and product partners to
develop sales in assigned territory.
Requirement:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years working
experience in the I T industry.
Hands on implementation of application driven project comprises of
application, hardware and network infrastructure.
Good vendors management skills within a complex technical environment.
Good foundation in application development, methodology, application
deployment, system and network infrastructure design will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Server (Windows & UNIX) , Database (SQL Server &
Oracle), Networking (LAN & WAN)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills especially in presentation
and proposal.
4. HELPDESK OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:-
You will be responsible for administering the IT Helpdesk systems and providing
efficient as well as quality application support services to the customers. You
will also be working closely with the Application Support Consultant/Analyst to
resolve any customer's application problem.
Requirement:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 2 year experience in
similar capacity.
Experience in administering an IT helpdesk system and serving a wide
category of customer's.
Exposure in a broad IT know how covering hardware, software and application
is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Display pleasant personality with right attitude to achieve high level of
customer satisfaction.

1. SYSTEMS ANALYST
Job Responsibilities:-
You will be responsible for designing system applications encompassing system
analysis, database administration, performance tuning, development of
functional & technical specifications and quality assurance for the system. You
are also required to provide system support and technical advice to team member
and end user.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science with minimum 5 years experience in similar
capacity.
Good knowledge of VB 6.0, Java, Ms SQL, Pervasive SQL, Oracle, ODBC, XML,ASP
and Crystal Report V.9
Exposure working in Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 and Networking systems.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
