Food Operations Supervisor
Job Requirements :
Degree in Food Management or Food and Hotel Management
At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the Food and Beverage industry
Must be PC literate
Willing to work on shifts and Public Holidays
Possess own transport
Have a positive attitude and willing to take on added responsibilities
Principle Accountability :
Prepare/submit tenant¡¦s weekly or monthly sales figures report and monthly
head count report to the Food Operations Manager
Prepare/submit tenant¡¦s monthly billings for ice-cubes, LPG, TNB, promotion
voucher to Suria¡¦s account
Check month end stock and prepare/submit monthly stock variances report Food
Operations Manager
Check/verify Suria KLCC¡¦s fixed asset such as chairs, tables, operations
equipment, etc. on a monthly basis
Prepare/submit Suria KLCC¡¦s defective list on a weekly basis
Monitor that the defects are done and rectify them with the individual
contractors
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to daily functions as
directed by the management
Operations Technician
Job Requirements :
Minimum Certificate holder from local technical/vocational institution
Minimum 5 years of working experience in building maintenance
Familiar with Preventive Maintenance Planner System
Familiar with building M & E services
Able to work on shifts which will be on a roster basis and on a 24 hours
on-call basis
Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Added advantage for candidates with the following criteria :
Qualified chargeman or wireman
Have working experience in a shopping complex
Familiar with building regulations and requirements
Familiar with computerized Maintenance Management System and Complex Automation
Enterprise System
Preferably living within 30km radius of Suria KLCC
Willing to work extra hours including over-time and Public Holidays
Able to work under pressure
Customer Service oriented
