:
Develop and ensure implementation of HSE procedures, plans, incentive
programs and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular inspections, discuss the findings and follow-up on the

Must be registered with DOSH
Must have full NIOSH Safety Officer Certification

SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Application Period : 5th

Description :
Monitor timely submission and review of monthly accounts by individual
companies within the group
Prepare timely consolidation of Group accounts and relevant reports and
information with regards to the consolidation
Perform financial analysis and budgeting required by management
Assist in implementing and monitoring of internal controls and credit
controls
Prepare tax information / computation of individual companies within the
Group and ensure tax compliance
Ongoing liaison with auditors, tax agents, solicitors, bankers, company
secretary on financial, accounting and tax related matters of the Group
Coordinate and prepare sales statistics report
Assist in policies, processes and financial systems identification and
implementation
Monitor achievement of finance department quality objective in compliance
with ISO 9001:2000
Preparing ad-hoc reports when required
Job Requirements :
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, MACPA, CIMA or a Degree in
Finance/Accountancy, and preferably member of MIA
Possess working experience of minimum 2 - 3 years. Reasonable post
qualifying experience in audit firms would be an added advantage
Good working knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and other
regulatory financial reporting requirement
Good analytical, leadership, communication and organizational skills and
able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels
Independant working, requiring minimum supervision and able to work under
pressure to meet tight deadlines
